- With unemployment numbers staying steadily high, the need for work is still very prevalent which is crucial for Jobs4You's business model. This is rare because before the pandemic, the economy was flourishing and our company would not be able to survive in that environment. 

2. Determined employees

- Employees that want to help you succeed, not just watch you struggle. Our employees are committed to finding you the right job fit whereas other job matching companies are only worried about their profit instead of how happy their customers are in their subsequent jobs. 

3. Loyal customers

- Our customers are eager to return/refer people because our business model does not take money away from them like other job matching companies. It is extremely rare to join a job matching company without facing some monetary loss, however, we made that possible to gain competitive advantage. It's important for everyone to know that our company takes money from the flourishing big businesses we supply employees for. These companies have more money than our customers and this ensures that our customers are making a large profit while staying loyal to our company. 

4. Government support

- Local governments are willing to work with our company to boost employment and get the economy running again. This is rare because most companies don't want government interference, however, it is essential that local governments work with us on creating new projects as well as maintaining old ones.

- Jobs4You allows customers to request a job change for whatever reason it may be. It could be solely off of preference. It is rare for a company to give their customers so much freedom, however, it will benefit us in the long run by word of mouth and by maintaining customers.

- Our workspace is warm and upbeat enticing customers to spend time at the office and make long lasting connections. People are more likely to stay with a company if they feel emotionally/socially connected to it.

- Our website is free to use for anyone! It has information on how to find jobs in your local area and is a great source of information. With the information readily available to ANYONE, people are more likely to invest their time with us when we give them all the necessary tools to reach out or even find work on their own. Even if customers do not proceed with us, they will have a positive image of Jobs4You in the back of their head and may even refer other customers. 

10. Pandemic still lasting 

- This may be the worst and best advantage that my company has. Worst because I need the pandemic to be OVER!!!! However, with the virus still on the rise, more and more people are looking for temporary work to get through these hard times. Our business model thrives on unemployment numbers rising because the more people without permanent work the more potential customers we have. 

I think that my most important advantage that will help my company to thrive and stay afloat is #3 Loyal Customers. I feel that this advantage gives our company the best chance at making it in the real world. Although our profit margins would be small and the company would most likely go out of business once the pandemic is over, the fighting chance that we have is that we don't charge our customers for our service. We rely on the businesses to need employees and therefore pay us. This is definitely a risky move because some businesses might recruit on their own instead of paying us. Jobs4You is banking on the fact that companies need employees right now with people dropping like flies due to the pandemic. If we can take advantage of this loss we can turn a profit while having the most customers because we charge no fee. If we gain the majority share of workers using a job matching service eventually we can charge for long term jobs and even can accept donations from those who see how much of a good deed we did to better America in these hard times.
